We stayed six days, and not once did anyone clean our room. The hotel and pool were very dirty, and the place looked nothing like the pictures. When booking, the company representative told me breakfast would be complimentary for our three-year-old too. At breakfast they refused, so we had to pay for the child. Nobody should stay here.

We booked a room with breakfast, but when we asked in the morning, they said breakfast wasn’t available. If all you need is a bed for the night, this might do, as long as you can manage with a broken fan and mosquitoes everywhere.

It’s a lovely place for a quiet getaway. The atmosphere is calm, the rooms are clean, and the food is delicious. Staff are always ready to help with a smile.

There’s no zero-star option on Google, or I’d give it that. The property owner and Booking.com are both scammers. I paid ₹7000/- through the @booking.com app for two nights at Hotel FabHotel V9. At check-in, the property manager said the reservation had been made online, but they had no confirmation of either the booking or payment. There’s no receptionist, and it’s handled by unruly people. It seems they scam several people this way in a single day.
