Despite booking online well in advance and arriving on time with a confirmed reservation, I was refused check-in. The hotel management offered neither a proper explanation nor any real help. I was left stranded and stressed just before an important exam, and the pressure and inconvenience seriously affected how I performed. This was unacceptable poor management and customer care. I wouldn't recommend the hotel to anyone. Make sure your booking will actually be honored before choosing to stay here.

I booked a room online, but when I got there they wouldn't check me in, and offered no valid solution. The next day I had a very important exam, and the stress and lack of proper rest completely ruined my performance. A hotel should give you peace of mind, but this place made the whole experience a nightmare. Completely unreliable and unprofessional. If I could, I'd give it zero stars. Don't risk an important trip by booking here.

Thank you, Omprakash uncle, for being such a caring and gracious host. You made everyone feel welcomed and valued. The bonfire under the quiet night sky, the soothing music, and the soulful singing made for a beautiful memory that's hard to put into words. We sat together around the fire, laughing, sharing songs and smiles. It felt like time slowed down so we could enjoy that moment longer. More than just an evening, it was a feeling of togetherness, happiness, and calm. Life moves so fast, and a night like this reminds you to pause, connect, and appreciate the simple things. I'm grateful for every moment and for the memories we'll carry for years. It was truly unforgettable. ✨🔥

I had a terrible stay at OYO Jannat Residency. My online booking was fully paid, at nearly three times the usual price because the hotel was near the exam centre, but they refused to honor it, saying they were overbooked. They take advantage of students and outsiders during exam days. At the last minute they moved us to another hotel 10 km away, leaving us with no real choice. After traveling for an exam, we had no energy left to argue with OYO or MMT support. There is nothing special about the hotel apart from its location. The people running businesses like this seem to care only about money, with no basic ethics or customer service. Think twice before booking here.

Mr. Omprakash uncle was so friendly and entertaining that the place felt like staying with family. The rooms were really comfortable, and everything was very clean. Whenever I’m back in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, I’ll book this home-like hotel again. Thanks so much! 🙏🙏
