Hotel Green Horizon

Mr. Rajnish Anand, the Manager, was especially helpful and informative. The staff gave each guest personal attention, and the service was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

We held three family events at Green Horizon this year, each with 300+ attendees, and our out-of-town guests stayed there too. Everyone had a fabulous time, and the food got plenty of praise. The rooms were good value, and the staff were polite, courteous, and ready to help. It's also easy to get around from here, about 500m from Ranchi railway station and a 15 min drive to the airport. The hotel works well for events as well as stays. Thanks to the general managed Mr. Kallol Sengupta and his managing team, Mr. Rajnish and Mr. Gautam, for doing everything they could to make it an unforgettable experience for my family.

At checkout, the staff insisted a towel was missing and tried to charge me for it, even though I had kept everything properly. It felt like an attempt to get extra money from guests. I've stayed in many hotels and haven't encountered what seemed to me like such an unethical practice before. The staff were also rude and unprofessional throughout, with little basic courtesy. I left feeling uncomfortable and cheated, and wouldn't recommend Hotel Green Horizon. There are better options nearby where you can expect to be treated respectfully.

It's within walking distance of Ranchi railway station and feels like good value for money. The rooms are clean, cosy, and equipped with modern amenities. The breakfast buffet has a good range of options, and there's a restaurant on site.
