The dining room waterfront team has been especially thoughtful with my 86-year-old mother, cutting up fruit and bringing it to her, and serving smaller portions for us. Kirti and Shankar looked after us at breakfast and dinner, while Jayanta kept things organized and made the meals feel enjoyable instead of like a chore. This is my third visit, and the staff keep finding ways to improve on an already high standard. Everyone is courteous, helpful, and smiling.

The hotel sits in a busy central market, with plenty of shops and places to eat nearby. Breakfast had a broad spread of dishes from around India, and there’s a small pool. We were a family of three with a young child, staying one night. Parking was good, and our luggage was brought to the room. The rooms had plenty of space and the necessary amenities, though check-in took longer than usual. The bed felt too springy and sagged under us. In summer the room takes a long time to cool because the AC is centralized, and there was no fan. A standing fan would help.

The Radisson Blu restaurant had a welcoming, elegant feel, and the food was fresh, full of flavor, and nicely presented. Staff were attentive and courteous, with prompt service throughout our meal. It was a memorable visit, and I’d recommend it to anyone after a good dining experience. Thanks especially to Shankar Pasi.
