I stayed at hotel park Grace Haridwar with a friend. Mr .achal Gautam at the front desk was very polite, check-in was quick, and our room was clean and spacious. It was a great experience.

I was charged 5k for one room for one night, but they didn’t provide the breakfast the reception had promised when I booked by phone. In the morning, they said everything was finished. Their behaviour was very bad and humiliating. I ordered a water bottle marked ₹20, but they charged ₹60. When I asked why, they said it was tax. I replied that it was a lot of tax, and the receptionist told me I should drink from the Ganga because mineral water was above my level. I would strongly advise people not to go here. There are many better hotels. I’d give it a rating of -0.
