If you’re catching the ferry from Hazira, this is a good place to stay. The staff are friendly, the rooms are cozy enough, and the food is delicious. The pool is nice, with the dining hall right beside it, and the complimentary breakfast buffet is filling. The owner’s pet dog is friendly with children and other people, and likes being petted and staying close. One thing to plan for: reserve a cab in advance, as finding one in the morning may be difficult.

The room was very clean, and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a bit away from the city itself, but a great option if you need to commute to AMNS or another site.

This works well for a business stay. There’s nothing around the hotel, and it’s far from the city centre, but you can easily get an Ola rickshaw.

The hotel is away from Surat but still close enough to Hazira Port. Its grounds are the best of any hotel nearby, and the property has two buildings with different room categories in each. There’s a large restaurant serving both buildings, plus a swimming pool. The pool is nice, though the nearby dining area means it doesn’t feel very private. The young staff are well dressed and work sincerely. Breakfast and other meals are well prepared, reasonably priced, and generous in quantity. I also felt reassured by the parking within the grounds. The hotel is environmentally friendly, and I think other hotels should be required by law to follow that example.

The reception staff behaved very rudely. That part of the hotel was a complete failure. There are plenty of other options nearby, so don’t go here if you have another choice.
