Fabhotel The Premium Villa

There was no restaurant, despite what the website says. They brought everything I ordered from outside, and it took a long time. In the morning they refused to bring breakfast because it was raining. My room had no water bottle, and when I asked for water they brought an open bottle filled with their own water. There were no towels or toiletries in the bathroom either. They said all the towels were in the laundry. The room phone didn’t work; when I asked them to fix it, they gave me a mobile number that was busy most of the time. I’ve never had service this bad in my life. I don’t know what kind of hotel this is, and I’ll never book with fabhotel again.

Tea at the hotel wasn’t up to the mark, and there was no tea or breakfast available before 8:30 am. The roads around the location were broken, and I didn’t find the location good. I asked for water and an extra towel on the first day, but didn’t get them, so the two of us had to share one towel. The water came the next morning. It doesn’t feel like a family kind of stay, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

I didn’t feel secure here, especially as a woman, and I’d strongly advise against staying. Staff went into my room while I was away for work, disturbed the bedding, and tampered with my belongings. Their manners were poor, and they didn’t seem trained to deal with guests. There was an open water bottle in the room, while the kitchen area had alcohol bottles everywhere. That felt unhygienic and unprofessional. It also seemed to be managed by several people. After booking, especially through platforms like Fab Hotels, you’re on your own. They stop responding once they’ve been paid, and there’s no accountability. This was one of my worst hotel experiences.

There were cockroaches all over the rooms, and they didn’t provide basics like towels or dental kits. This isn’t a premium property. Don’t choose the breakfast option, they don’t serve it here and won’t refund your money. The FAB customer helpline is no help either. They disconnect after a while, however many times you try calling.
