The rooms were awful, and the service was just as bad. If you rely on reviews, please don't book this hotel.

The rooms were unhygienic, and there was no service unless you paid more. The owner and caretaker seemed shady to me. The listing prices were kept low on online platforms to draw people in, then guests were told the room cost was actually 1200 plus taxes and asked to pay the difference or lose the booking. I saw the same thing happen to other visitors. Late-night arrivals and couples seemed especially easy targets. I was told to contact Oyo about the low rate, otherwise they would cancel. It's a money grab, and it's disgusting. Be careful and check the details before booking places like this, or you may end up paying the price 😔

The staff at Hotel 376 Townhouse Lords Inn made a strong impression on me. They were attentive from the start, helped arrange transportation, and offered suggestions for local attractions. I found the location convenient too, with key sights and transport hubs easy to reach from the city center. I also enjoyed the restaurant. There was a good mix of local dishes and international favorites, and the staff looked after us at each meal. The rooftop pool, with its city views, was a nice place to unwind after sightseeing, and the fitness center had what I needed to keep up my workouts. My room was spacious and tastefully furnished, with comfortable bedding, a flat-screen TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The elegant decor in the lobby and the welcoming atmosphere continued through the hotel. From arrival, I was greeted with warm smiles and consistently good service. I had a comfortable, memorable stay and would happily return.

The room itself was good, but the service needs a lot of work. I ordered tea in the morning and had to call again when it didn't arrive. Hot water wasn't available, and neither the WiFi nor the TV worked. I told reception about the problems, but no one came to sort them out. They need to improve how service is managed. If they do, the hotel could do good business.
