A pathetic experience. Staff didn't provide proper service or even basic toiletries, and there was no cleanliness. Other guests made loud noise in their room, and nobody seemed to care.

Abhinav Kumar from Fab Hotel confirmed my booking, then stopped responding to my calls and messages. I consider that dishonest. Fab Hotels lists one price online, but the actual hotel charges a different amount. Don't book with them.

The price was high, but the room felt like something from a BGM movie shoot, worth 800 rs at most. Worst hotel I've ever booked. Be careful at check-in: choose cash mode and mark it as not paid.

The staff service was good, but I booked a deluxe room with breakfast through the fabhotels app and the manager refused to provide breakfast. There seemed to be some disagreement between the manager and fabhotels. Not a good experience.

They charged us extra for breakfast on a prepaid booking, yet didn't serve it once. Fab hotel also takes no responsibility for its own failure. The people were very rude, every little thing brought extra charges, and there was no flexibility with check-in or checkout times. In short, they'll take more money without giving the service. Go anywhere else, just don't stay here.
