The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is prime. The place is relatively new and worth what you pay. But this isn't an OYO property: the number listed was misleading, and OYO staff tried to send me to another hotel, saying there were no rooms here. The bedding didn't seem properly changed or washed, which took away the comfortable feel and made me wonder if other things were clean too. Some people may find the toilet too low. We ordered coffee around the same time as food from KFC, but the KFC order came from Lulu before the coffee, which was shocking. If they keep the beds, sheets, and towels cleaner, it could be a wonderful stay.

The stay itself was good, but they were reluctant to give me a bill and charged 300 rs extra for checking in just half an hour early, citing oyo policy. They didn't take my half-day early check-out into account.

The rooms are nice, and it's easy to reach the metro station and lulu mall.

This hasn't been an OYO property for two months; it's part of Treebo now. Please don't book through OYO, as the hotel doesn't receive those bookings.

It's a decent place, but there's no restaurant, so you'll need to order food well ahead of time.
