The staff member’s behavior was very awkward. Once I showed him my online booking, he started behaving badly and charged extra for the booking.

I booked this hotel through Cleartrip for June 2025, but when I arrived I found out it no longer existed. Gray Saffron had closed in 2024, and there was no such hotel anywhere in Delhi. Please don’t book under this hotel name on any platform.

The service was good, and they do serve both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. But the rooms are poor: the bathrooms are small, the rooms aren’t cleaned, and they smell a lot. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, though you could if you wanted to. There’s no name on the hotel building. They operate under several names, including White Saffron and Gray saffron.

The sheets and pillow cover were very dirty.

After traveling all that way, I found there was no room at the location, and I couldn’t get a phone number either.
