The only good thing is that it's near the main road. The rooms were very dirty, the linen wasn't clean, there was no water in the taps, and the washroom was in very bad shape. There was no power backup. The receptionist said fuel had been ordered for the generator, but I didn't see any positive result. The rooms also didn't match what was shown on the webpage, and the owner and OYO should make sure the listed amenities are actually there. At check-in, the receptionist asked me to show my booking on my phone. She clicked some options, then the amount changed and I was asked to scan and pay a higher amount. They said OYO books rooms with the hotel at about 20-30% of the booking amount, and that customers have to pay the full, different amount. I contacted OYO customer care, who arranged a conference call with the owner. He said he'd check and reply within a few hours. I called him too, but got no positive response. Very bad experience, and the reception staff shouldn't take extra money from customers.

The hotel is tucked away in very narrow alleys, and sometimes no water comes from the taps. The Wi-Fi connection wasn't proper, the bathroom lock was broken, and the AC didn't cool well. When we called the hotel people about an issue, they wouldn't come to the room to hear us out. Please remove this hotel from OYO.

The hotel photos don't match the listing, and they charged extra even though I'd checked in with the full amount paid. I'm an Oyo gold wizard member, but Oyo added another bill for 1999 after all my payment was clear. I spent the last two hours trying to reach customer service and nobody gave me a solution. There was no support for Wizard members, and there was no way to leave a review. The Oyo app reviews seem fake, so check Google reviews. They still didn't take any action. Hopeless Oyo.

I lost about 1k after booking a room online through Oyo. They show offers and discounts, but at check-in the hotel asks for more, saying it doesn't accept Oyo money and that Oyo doesn't pass the offer amount along to the hotel. With this poor coordination, ordinary customers get scammed. I contacted the Oyo help centre. The advisor said the hotel was adding extra bills and would remove those charges, so I waited 15 minutes. Nothing happened, and I ended up booking another room.

The room photos were totally different from what I found, and the staff and receptionist were both rude. Oyo showed 626/- when I booked, but the receptionist charged me 1250/- and called the rest a convenience fee. A bad experience with both Oyo and this hotel.
