Collection O 50068 Model Town

This hotel doesn't exist. The address is an abandoned building where people dump garbage, so don't waste your time going there. I called the hotel manager 2-3 times through the OYO app, but he never answered. I don't know why OYO lists places like this on its site.

The real hotel name is Red chilly. Collection model is just the name OYO provides. The room was unhygienic, the staff were repeatedly rude, and the room photos didn't match what was there. There was no power backup, and check-in was refused until I paid extra. This feels like a complete scam. Don't stay here.

After I booked and paid in advance through OYO, the staff refused to check me in because my booking was discounted. I had to pay more to get a room. It was a pathetic experience, and this isn't a 3-star hotel. The rooms are tiny and dirty, with dirty bedsheets, small pillows and smelly bathrooms. There was nowhere to sit in the reception or the room, and guests aren't allowed to come onto the property. This isn't suitable for business travelers, it seems more like rooms for unmarried couples.

The rooms are so small that only a bed fits, and the reception staff are extremely rude. The sheets and pillows were all dirty, and they couldn't even wash them. The washroom was awful, and the room smelled strongly of the bed.
