The apartment was cosy and nice, and the manager and caretaker were very helpful when anything came up. We had a bit of a water shortage, but they eventually sorted it out. I’d rate the stay 4/5 and the service 4.5/5.

The room was clean, and the apartment is in a peaceful society.

We came from the USA and Philippines for wedding ceremonies in Sainik Farms and Noida. Fortune Home in Saket J-block was especially convenient, and the location worked perfectly. Other wedding guests stayed at nearby hotels in Saket. Select CityWalk mall, fresh produce markets, groceries, shops, and dining were all within easy walking distance. There were three of us, and the unit was spacious, with three large bedrooms, comfortable beds, plenty of closet space and mirrors, three full bathrooms, and living and dining areas. We like to cook when we travel, so the well-stocked kitchen was a plus. It had plenty of dishes, cups, utensils, and appliances, including a sandwich press and a fruit and vegetable juicer. A good knife and clean cutting boards would be useful, though we bring our own, so it wasn’t a problem. Some furniture was dusty and had grimy spots that seemed to have built up over time. Since it’s a condo, it felt a bit like staying in someone else’s home, so we weren’t expecting a high-end hotel’s spotless finish. The surfaces and rugs could use a deep clean, but that wasn’t a big deal for us. Getting hot water took a while, and only one of the three showers worked. We didn’t spend much time in the apartment, but I’m sure the hosts would have been happy to help if we’d asked. A few taps leaked. In the kitchen there were three different faucets for some reason, and one was loose and noisy. I’m sure they already know about those issues. Rohit was a gracious host, and Rahul (?spelling) was helpful. They both checked in daily to make sure we had what we needed. Before check-in, though, there was a communication mix-up about a separate electricity charge. The Agoda booking page and confirmation didn’t say we’d pay extra for the electricity used during the stay. We found that detail later, after booking, on a subpage of the listing. They should make it clearer in the property description, rather than putting it only under policies, so guests aren’t confused or upset. We really enjoyed the stay. It was great value for the price, and we’ll consider Fortune Home on our next visit. Thank you!

Mr Bhawani was a great host at this wonderful property in a quiet area, opposite PVR Anupam shopping. The property is cleaned daily, has AC, and comes with a fully equipped kitchen.
