Hotel Metro Heights is in a good spot, but I didn’t enjoy my stay. The washroom was dirty, the hair dryer didn’t work, and the AC switch was faulty. When food was delivered, staff asked for cash immediately instead of putting the charge on my bill, which came across as unprofessional. For this price, there are better hotels. Maintenance and service need work.

For the price, the room was small and at least Rs 1000 more expensive than comparable places. The bedsheets were dirty, and they don’t provide a kettle for hot water or basics like soap, shampoo, and toothpaste.

The staff were helpful and accommodating, but the property needs a full refurbishment. Some sockets had no power, shower tiles were missing, and we had to ask for the hot water to be turned on. The towels were worn and need replacing. Breakfast was mediocre, so I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

It’s not a luxury setup, just a pretty standard hotel room.

The price doesn’t feel justified. My single bed was too small for me, the rooms could be cleaned better, and getting a warm shower was difficult. Breakfast wasn’t very good, and the tables and chairs were dirty. The reception staff were unfriendly, though the other workers were friendly. There were beggars in front of the hotel, too. I think the place needs some improvements.
