The rooms are spacious, and when you call, the staff respond and speak politely. But reaching the place is a bit difficult. The building is very old, with a bad smell throughout, cockroaches everywhere, and rubbish left in empty areas and by the washing machine. The bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned, the floors were stained, some room geysers didn’t work, and the kitchen utensils were in bad shape. There was also stuff stored in all the drawers and cupboards.

We had to leave the apartment right away because it was so bad. We arrived very late, called the people responsible, and got no answer. When we raised the problems later, they refused to meet us. They said we should have stayed so they could fix things, and asked why we hadn’t taken photos of the cockroaches as proof. We’d paid in advance, and they wouldn’t refund us. The place felt like a bait and switch, with nicer apartments in the pictures and a horrible one given to us. It smelled damp and musty, the floors were crooked and sticky, and there was water damage on the walls and ceiling. The flush didn’t work, the kitchen stove was broken, and the washing machine gave one of my friends an electric shock. There were small cockroaches all over, and two jumped out of a towel when another friend went to shower. The towels had blood stains, though they did replace them. The beds were most, almost wet.

The host was friendly and easy to reach, and communication was simple. It’s a comfortable, spacious home with all the amenities needed for a stay. The service was excellent, and I look forward to staying at fortune home again.
