The host was rude and unprofessional, and the service was very poor. Our room and bed were filthy, as if they hadn’t been cleaned for ages. They switched off our AC from their end and tried to charge us hidden extra payments we hadn’t agreed to. The room was disgusting and the behavior awful. Avoid this place at all costs. Zero stars if I could.

I ordered a cold coffee for ₹110, but it smelled bad and tasted like plain cold water. It definitely wasn’t worth the price, and the food quality was poor. The owner kept turning off the AC to save on the electricity bill. After I complained, he switched it back on briefly, then turned it off again. That was highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I had a very bad experience here and wouldn’t recommend staying.

With the metro station and railway station nearby, getting around from this hotel in Phadganj New Delhi is easy. I found the hotel decent and amazing, with all the amenities. Whether you’re in Delhi for a holiday, business, or something else, I’d suggest contacting them. They provide all facilities.
