Oyo 11312 Hotel Aero Capitol

I reached at 11 at night and found the manager drunk. He said the bathroom pipes were broken, but they didn’t arrange anything else and asked me to cancel the room. Don’t trust the Oyo ratings or choose this just because it’s cheap. I had a terrible experience relying on Oyo, and I’d avoid the Mahipalpur area. It’s a red light area, and I’d never consider booking a room there with family.

Avoid this awful hotel. There were insects all over the shabby rooms, and cleaning was a major problem. Girls were making noise late at night, and I couldn’t sleep properly. The towels they gave us were used and had hairs and other things on them. When I asked for a clean one, I waited two hours. Breakfast took more than an hour to arrive and was very cold. I also felt they were involved in some kind of illegal activities. I hope I never have to see this place again.

The rooms and bathrooms were dirty, the linen smelled bad, and the room had an unpleasant odor that made it hard to breathe. The receptionist was rude and didn’t serve us properly. This place was nothing like what OYO represents, and I wouldn’t spend money here when you could choose somewhere better. OYO didn’t refund me for the poor service either. The choice is yours.

I enjoyed my stay, and the hotel has convenient rooms for both families and bachelors. Receptionist Kundan was very down to earth and communicated well. This review is based on the service I received.
