Air India cancelled my flight and dumped me here. The room was filthy, with blood stains and hair everywhere, and the bathroom was very unclean. Even the water can in the common area looked extremely dirty. They gave us no refreshments or drinking water, and when I raised these issues, the staff were impolite and unhelpful. The hotel also didn't arrange a cab to the airport, so we had to book one ourselves. At the airport, the ground staff told us to handle the issue through Air India's web portal and said they couldn't do anything. I'd give this a negative rating if I could.

The torn, filthy sheets, broken TV, and lift that stayed out of service made this the worst hotel experience I've had. At OYO Hotel Sinon, Delhi, the staff were rude and completely uncooperative. Management seemed not to care about guest comfort or basic facilities. Total waste of money, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
