Palazzo Inn in Janakpuri is a well-known event venue on Pankha Road, often used for banquets and social occasions. We had a wonderful experience there. The elegant interiors, spacious halls, and welcoming atmosphere were matched by courteous, professional staff who were always ready to help. The food was excellent, with plenty of tasty choices served hygienically. Our arrangements were handled efficiently, and everything ran smoothly, making the event memorable. The location is convenient and easy to reach. Palazzo Inn has a strong reputation for hospitality and event management, and I recommend it for weddings, family gatherings, corporate events, and other celebrations. Thanks to the whole team for the great service and hospitality. Dr Hukam Singh Sandu

Dinner had a good spread, and the staff were somewhat helpful when we checked in. But they said they were upgrading my room, then gave me one that was too small. The blankets were in the wardrobe, and they didn't have an iron or ironing board when I asked. There was no switch to turn off the light above the bed, which was really bad.

I only saw the hotel's basement party hall. It looked elegant and was in good condition overall, though water was leaking in one spot until I reported it, and they fixed it. The washroom was clean and the infrastructure was good, but I found the design horrible. I'm a boy, so I can't comment on the women's washroom, but the men's washroom was badly designed.

Everything went smoothly from check-in through check-out, and the staff were professional and ready to help. The rooms were well maintained, service was prompt, and I had a truly excellent stay. I'll definitely come back.

I checked out the banquet hall in the basement. It was nicely cool, and the sofas were comfortable. The food bowls had dirty corners, so I had to search around for clean ones, and the snacks weren't replenished.
