The AC and lights kept stopping during the day and at night, and checkout turned into another problem. We arrived late and left only one hour past checkout, but they took a large amount from our deposit, including ₹3000 for a blocked sink. That felt completely unfair. The owner was polite only until the booking was confirmed; afterwards, both the owner and staff were extremely rude. They also deducted money for what felt like unnecessary little things and charged far more than expected for the late checkout. A really disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it. Avoid this place if you’re planning a Goa trip.

The room had good space and the rest was fine. Service is available only at set times, though. I’d recommend staying here. Parking your car is at your own risk.

The rooms are spacious, but the stay was disappointing. The geyser in one bathroom didn’t work even after we complained, and one bedroom’s AC was out too. There was no water until 9 am in the second bathroom, and its door wouldn’t lock.

Electricity and AC problems continued throughout our stay, and the staff were rude. Checkout made things worse: they kept taking money from our deposit for small things and charged much more than expected for leaving late. The owner had been very sweet before booking, but after check-in his behavior changed completely, and the staff were rude too. We felt cheated. Terrible management and customer service, and it ruined our trip. I would never recommend staying here.

Ronne's Studio Apartment is an affordable option, with proper parking and a huge pool that looked just like the photos and video. It’s about 2 km from both Baga and Calangute Beach. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend it.
