There are no lifts, and the staff were no help with the luggage. We had to chase them to get it delivered. When we arrived, there was no water or linen, and the washroom had cobwebs and sand waiting for us. The AC in the top-floor room was too weak for such a big space, and the hygiene was poor throughout. We asked for soap, but it never came before checkout. The TV side of things wasn't the problem, the basics were. At breakfast people were scrambling and snatching items from the deck, and the bread was hard to get. We lost over an hour dealing with all this and moved ourselves from room 401 to 315. The rooms do have a decent antique look, but the reception girl didn't know how to behave. Don't stay here if you want a good time.

Mayflower Beach Resort gave us a peaceful, relaxing place to spend three lovely nights. It was well maintained, and the atmosphere around the resort was lovely. The staff were kind and hospitable, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. We left with wonderful memories and would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting Goa. We'd be happy to come back. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

The beach takes about 15-20 minutes to reach on foot, and the room we got was on the second floor even though we'd been promised the first. There was only one usable charging point, the bed was noisy and uncomfortable, and the TV didn't work. No towels were in the room either; after several calls to reception, we ended up collecting them ourselves. Staff were unhelpful and refused to take our dinner order, repeatedly saying it would take too long even though we were prepared to wait. The service was poor and the hotel felt below average, poorly managed, and short on basic hospitality. It isn't worth the price, and I wouldn't recommend it.

The people were the worst part for me: arrogant and greedy, and I had to argue with them for 2.5 hours before I could check in. How they treat me matters, and I wouldn't return even with a 100% discount. The property is near Baga beach, but getting there by vehicle is very difficult because it's on an abandoned road. The rooms smell, probably because they're usually shut due to low bookings. Breakfast is included, but it's very basic and only average in taste.

We couldn't get help by phone because nobody at reception answered, which made it difficult to get assistance. There was no proper room service during our stay, and the bathroom was missing basics like soap and shampoo. They didn't provide drinking water either, so we had to buy bottles outside. My experience was very disappointing, and management needs to improve service and provide basic amenities. I wouldn't recommend the hotel.
