We paid ₹2200 for half a day and got a dirty, crowded lane that smelled awful, plus a filthy room. The sheets and blankets smelled horrible, there was no hot water, and the Western toilet had no jet spray. When we complained, they blamed us for choosing the room and started shouting instead of fixing anything. The bald man at reception was especially rude and arrogant, just yelling and not listening. The staff were pleasant before check-in, but their attitude changed as soon as we paid. Outside our room, people were shouting and talking loudly in the morning, so we couldn’t rest. God knows what goes on there at night. The autos at the bus stand act friendly and offer to show you the best hotel at the best price, saying you can choose, then bring you here and pressure you into staying. They only care about money. There are much better hotels for the same price. Don’t waste your money here.

I paid 3k, but the bathroom was really dirty and the towels were covered in dust. It seemed they didn’t wash the bedsheets, just sprayed air freshener on them to make them smell clean. The staff weren’t trained: when we ordered something from blinkit, one of them opened the door and announced the parcel without waiting for us to answer. I didn’t feel safe staying there.

I felt misled by the unexpected charges, including extra fees for a city tour by car that hadn’t been explained beforehand. The room itself was very dirty too. A terrible stay, and I’d strongly tell others to avoid this hotel.

There was no hot water, and the charging points in the room didn’t work. The owner was extremely rude and spoke to me very badly when I said I didn’t have cash. They also refused to accept online payment. Easily my worst experience at a Delhi hotel.

Even when rooms are available, the staff are awful. They pressure you to check out on time and say they’ve already picked up another customer for your room.
