The young guys were always looking after us with a smile, and the reception manager deserves a special thank-you. We were really pleased with everything during our stay. Our tour agent, Yours tour and Travel, arranged the hotel for our two days in NJP after returning from Darjeeling. We’re already looking forward to coming back on our Bhutan trip. Thanks to everyone, and wishing you all the best. Stayed 8th May to 10th May, 2024

The rooms were good and the staff were good too. It's a decent hotel for a stay, though the service fell short. They didn't give us a hotel bill.

The food was really good, and I liked both the room and the staff. I'd come back 👍

The restaurant food was very poor, and there wasn't even regular drinking water. Staff behaviour was awful, and there was no night service. We had to call the police over accommodation and bill problems while we were staying there. They also wouldn't give us the original bill.
