The owner’s attitude was the worst part. He spoke rudely and argued instead of dealing politely with our complaints. Even after we raised the cleanliness problems, they acted as if it was our fault. At check-in the manager had said there were no other rooms, but later they claimed we could have changed rooms earlier. The way guests were treated felt completely unprofessional. The room itself was in very poor shape. It hadn’t been cleaned properly, there was hair on the towels, and the washroom and commode were dirty and unhygienic. The fan regulator was broken, and the geyser had to be switched on by staff every time we wanted hot water. The room phone didn’t work either, so even for small things we had to keep going downstairs to reception. For the money they charge, this place isn’t worth it. Nearby hotels and lodges offer cleaner rooms and better hospitality at more reasonable prices. I’d never recommend this one.
