The air conditioning didn't work, and neither did the bathroom flush. The rooms weren't properly clean, and the place felt unhygienic. Staff were lazy and rude, and couldn't even bring a bottle of drinking water. There was no tea in the morning, just a string of excuses. They seemed happy to take the money without providing service.

The room smelled bad, there were cockroaches getting in and onto the beds, and the AC wasn't working.
