OYO 12503 Hotel Corner Point

We left after just a few hours. The room was cramped and horrible, and getting an Ola there was difficult because the mobile internet barely worked and the connection was so weak. Hygiene was awful: the bedsheets and linens stank and looked as if they hadn't been washed in ages, and there were cockroaches on the bed. They didn't provide water unless asked, and then said they had no mineral water, which seemed like an excuse to charge more. Two naans cost me 100 rupees because they had to buy them outside. Room service was pathetic too. They forgot the food we'd ordered, and the kitchen had to be reminded 90 minutes later.

The location, nearby area, and clean rooms were all good, though the rooms were quite small. The stay was peaceful, from check-in through checkout. I would have given five stars, but the breakfast let it down. Don't opt in for breakfast if you stay here.

The room was smaller than it looked in the photos, and upkeep and cleanliness were disappointing. It’s near RK Ashram marg metro station but quite far from NDLS railway station. There’s no lift or ramp, and the bathroom doors don’t lock from the outside. The AC power is controlled at reception, so we had to ask each time to have it switched on.

The rooms were dirty, and one guest eventually left after repeated requests to have the room cleaned before check-in went unanswered. They quoted 1000 for the room, then added 200 at checkout as a service charge that hadn’t been mentioned. It was 45°C outside, but the AC was switched off at the main controls in the morning. I called several times from 10am, and they didn’t turn it back on until 2pm. Terrible experience.
