The food was good and the portions were satisfactory. The property is beautiful and peaceful, very close to the sea, with a nice overall ambience and 3 pools. Still, maintenance wasn’t up to the mark, seemingly because there weren’t enough staff. At reception, the senior person was quite rude and lacked basic customer-handling etiquette. Guests should be met with a polite, welcoming attitude. We’d booked a sea-view cottage, but were first assigned a corner one without a fridge, with a very dirty pool right in front. The room had stains and smelled unpleasant. Staff initially refused our request to change rooms, but after several requests they upgraded us, thankfully to a much better room with a proper sea-facing view.

Check-in through checkout made for a very enjoyable trip, thanks in large part to the reasonably priced, well maintained resort. The service and value for money were 5 stars, the facilities and food 4 stars. It was also very nice for pets. They could upgrade the AC and work a little on the food taste.

The complimentary breakfast was really good, both in quality and quantity. We were two families staying for two days, and parking our car inside the property was possible. The staff's behavior and service were outstanding.

The nature views are lovely, and the food was great, but the resort itself felt cheaply made. The geyser didn't work and there were no toilet kits. The TV was out of order, and the AC only worked after I said something. Several parts of the swimming pool edge were broken.

We'd come back just for the food, which was amazing. The whole staff was friendly and professional, and they handled a small bathroom problem by offering to move us right away, without us having to ask. A great short getaway. Thanks to Arindom, Bappa and the entire team for the hospitality.
