OYO customer care was very unprofessional. They couldn't offer a solution and kept me on hold for 40-50 minutes. The owner's behavior was also unprofessional, and the location was inconvenient. I'd paid Rs1522 for a confirmed one-day booking through OYO, but they demanded more money when we arrived before assigning a room. The whole thing felt opaque and unacceptable. What should have been an easy stay became a nightmare, and I advise against booking this hotel or using OYO. Be careful of these practices.

I wouldn't even give it one star. The hotel is in an isolated location, and the bed wasn't suitable for sleeping. The rooms were dirty, with no room service, and the manager or in-charge was rude and unprofessional. I booked an AC room but was given a non-AC one. The power was out for a few hours, and with no ventilation I started suffocating from the heat. I paid in full through the OYO app, then was asked to pay extra after check-in. It felt like a scam.

Don't waste your money here. They ask for extra even though they're not near the city, and the AC doesn't cool. My experience was one of the worst. I wouldn't recommend it for families or couples, only bachelors, apparently. Look for another room at a better price and don't be drawn in by the low rate.

The rooms were dirty, including the blankets and pillow covers, and the service was poor. They didn't even give us a water bottle. The location feels like a jungle, and I wouldn't go out alone at night. From what the rooms looked like, it seemed fit for pigs. Worst hotel I've seen.
