Fabhotel Empire

After 02 o'clock at night, drunk lafanga ladkas started making a scene in the lobby. The newly built rooms were in a very poor, unhygienic state, with gutkha splashed around, and I didn't feel it was safe for families or couples. The receptionist seemed uninterested in his job. I had to ask at reception for a towel, soap kit, and water bottle. A very bad experience.

The hotel address and the map location didn't match, so finding it added time to check-in. The lift wasn't working, and the room was still dirty when I arrived at 2 pm. The bedsheets, pillow covers, and quilt covers had spots, and the washroom had been used and left dirty. I called housekeeping three times before the room and washroom were properly cleaned. There was no hot water at first; it came only after 3-4 follow-ups. Poorly maintained hotel, rooms, and staff. Worst experience.

There was no water or light in the washroom, and the bed had bugs with 100s of mosquitoes around. The rooms were the worst I've seen. Don't look under the bed, it's full of dirt. True filth.

The hotel is called Empire, and it's not a fab group Hotel. The lift wasn't working, and there was disturbance at night.
