iROOMZ Hotel Apoorva

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The staff made false promises and behaved in a concerning way, and the room service was extremely poor. A very disappointing visit.

The room was awful, with mosquitoes, bed bugs, and lots of hair. The pillow was filthy and had blood on it. Service was very poor and the staff were rude. Food gets 2, while the room, service, and staff behavior each get 1. The worst hotel I’ve stayed at, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The one good thing is that the property is only 8 km from Hyderabad Airport. We booked online for two nights at 1,250 rupees, but on arrival I had to wake the receptionist, who was asleep. He demanded 2,000 rupees or said he wouldn’t give us a room. After an argument he settled for 1,400, then showed us a room that was clearly unfinished: no AC, TV, curtains, or bed linen, and a bathroom window missing its glass. I raised all this with the owner at checkout, but he still asked me for a five-star review. That wouldn’t have been honest. Maybe it could be a good option once the rooms are finished and the staff are trained to be honest and professional.

The bed had insects all over it, and there were mosquitoes too. The hand faucet didn’t work, and there was no water. Disgusting room. Never go there, it was my worst experience.
