Hotel Hyderabad Grand

The road and flyover noise made it hard to sleep, since the hotel is near the main road. The rooms themselves aren't bad, but the rest of the stay was the worst of my life. When I asked for coffee on arrival, the room dining staff rudely said it would take at least half an hour. The food was unhygienic and awful. Breakfast was pathetic, and even the masala dosa wasn't prepared or served well, though it's easily available across South India. The buffet dinner was the worst I've had as a vegetarian. Reception staff were rude and mannerless. It felt like a Dharmashala. Worst ever.

As a vegetarian, I was shocked to be served a non-vegetarian dish that I hadn't ordered. It showed a serious lack of care for guest requirements and basic hospitality. Room service was extremely poor and unprofessional. Orders weren't handled properly, and staff seemed careless about preferences and lacked proper ethics. I strongly advise others, especially vegetarians, not to book here. The service is far below expectations.

I had a good stay, and the staff and rooms made for a pleasant atmosphere. What made things inconvenient was the strict breakfast cutoff. As a long-term guest on a business schedule, I missed complimentary meals because there was no flexibility with the timings. The downstairs parking area also needed cleaning, and the food was relatively expensive. Addressing those points would make this a great experience. Thank you for a good stay.

The rooms are really clean and well maintained, and the staff are courteous and helpful. The food is yummy too, with genuine, quality ingredients. It's one of the few restaurants in the twin cities doing that. The Haleem is the new star on the menu. You have to try it to believe it. Definitely recommend.
