My first really bad experience in Goa. I booked an AC room, but the AC didn't work. There was a lot of crowd and rude people around, and I couldn't sleep that whole night. The service was very bad.

For a guest house at this price, it's really affordable, and the beach is about 300m away on foot. I got an AC room for a cheap, negotiable price. I stayed for three days, but we spent most of our time roaming around North Goa, only using the room to change clothes and sleep, so this worked for us.
Uncle and Aunty are very generous, and the rates are reasonable. The rooms are large and clean, the place is easy to find, and it's close to Calangute beach while the surroundings stay calm and peaceful. A decent place to stay and one of my top choices in North Goa. :)
The staff are friendly, and there's water around the clock. The AC and fans worked properly, and it's only 300m from Calangute beach. The one issue I had was no internet. I'd like them to install Wi-Fi for customers.
The owner is a big part of what makes this place appealing. He’s friendly, helpful, and replies quickly on WhatsApp using the number on Google Maps. You send the payment and he confirms the dates you asked for. He can’t speak at the moment, sadly. I’ve stayed here twice over five years. The rooms were clean and airy, and there’s space outside to hang wet clothes. The beach is close enough to walk to, and a road behind the guest house takes you straight there without going by Calangute beach’s main gate.
