We had to scramble for somewhere to stay after arriving, which made the trip stressful and disappointing. Although Agoda eventually processed our refund, the hotel staff said they hadn’t received a booking confirmation, and the location and details provided were inaccurate. If booking through a third-party platform, I’d suggest checking with the property directly before travelling.

Thankfully, Agoda refunded us, but we wasted our time searching for another resort with the same name after being told our booking message hadn’t arrived. We later found this was the only resort named senor angelo. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, as they took no responsibility. The pool was muddy and dirty too, so don’t be fooled by the photos.

The room wasn’t satisfactory, and they charged extra on top of the actual bill, which felt unfair and dishonest. Staff were rude and unprofessional, and the service fell below what I expect from a hotel. The management needs to improve its transparency, hospitality, and customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The room was poorly prepared, basic cleanliness had been overlooked, and amenities promised when I booked were missing. Calls to the front desk were ignored or brushed off, and even small requests took repeated reminders. Staff seemed uninterested from the start: check-in was slow and disorganized, and I was met with delays and little courtesy instead of a welcome. Management made the stay even worse. They showed no urgency, empathy, or accountability, and acted as if guest concerns didn’t matter instead of trying to fix anything. My stay was stressful and unpleasant, far below the hotel’s own claims. I regret choosing it and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, reliability, or respectful treatment. The management needs serious improvement, and I hope they take feedback seriously. Don’t stay at senhor angelo resort. The manager and staff behaved terribly. I’d give it minus 10 if I could. It’s the worst hotel I’ve ever seen, and I personally wouldn’t recommend it to any tourists.
