The pool and garden give the hotel a pleasant feel, and the staff were friendly and supportive. The rooms are basic, just enough for the essentials, and there’s no lift, which can be inconvenient. Food choices are limited, and lunch wasn’t available when we checked in. Mobile reception in the rooms was poor, and the Wi-Fi kept dropping from weak signal to none. A few fixes in these areas could make the stay much better.

There aren’t any views from the hotel, and the rooms are just okay. Still, the service was good and the staff were helpful. It’s very close to Baga Beach, which is handy when you get back late from Baga.

Baga Beach is only about a four-minute walk away, and the breakfast felt like home-cooked food. The staff were really friendly, and the hotel was very comfortable. It was a wonderful experience. 😊

We booked a super deluxe package with dinner and breakfast, but it didn’t feel worth it at all. There were room problems at check-in, the dinner quality was poor, and we had to keep going back to reception with every issue. At dinner they served only rice at first, with no dal or sweet, then we waited 30 minutes just for the dal.

At checkout, a security guard named Rajendra pressured me to leave a positive Google review and include his name, even though I’d had several problems. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working when I needed it to finish front office work. When I raised it, I was told it had been down for many days. The AC was broken too, and they said the technician wasn’t available. I had a very poor experience at Camelot Fantasy Resort. It seemed more important to push for positive reviews than to fix the service and staffing issues.
