The rooms are nice, and the area is very quiet, which is good if you like peace. It’s in the centre of north goa, with all the tourist places nearby.

We stayed for four days and Kevin was prompt and active whenever we needed service. I was especially impressed by how honest he was. I’ve read reviews saying his behavior isn’t good, but in my experience he was positive and handled customers extremely well. The rooms were neat, clean, and hygienic.

We enjoyed our three-night stay. Even though we arrived very late, around 12.45am, Mr Kevin(Owner) was there to help us and got us into a room quickly. It was clean to a top-notch standard and had all the basic amenities. The guest house is in a prime area, just a 3-4 minute walk from the beach. Kevin is a really nice guy and helped arrange a cab, a two-wheeler rental, and anything else we needed. All in all, a good stay with great amenities.

Kevin was a fantastic host and made our time there feel special. It’s a joyful spot to relax and have fun, just a stone’s throw from the beach, with lovely vibes all around.

The cleanliness was severely lacking, and the blankets and beds were very poor quality. Our room was in bad shape and felt overpriced. They didn’t provide basic things like soap, shampoo, or drinking water, and there was no Wi-Fi. It didn’t meet even basic standards. My overall rating is "0".
