Delta House is right on the beach, with a balcony over beautifully kept gardens. I stayed recently and loved it. The staff were amazing and ready to help, the rooms were cleaned regularly, and the bedding was lovely. The bed was really comfortable, and every room had air conditioning and a fan. Staff were there 24 hours a day, which made it feel secure while still giving us plenty of privacy. I’d highly recommend it and can’t wait to return.

The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the stay was still very affordable despite the beachfront views and lovely location. My room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel is right by a beautiful, calm beach, with several beach shacks close by and almost everything easy to reach. It was a peaceful place to unwind, with water sports nearby. The area felt safe even for a solo woman traveler. I had a wonderful stay in Goa.

I miss this place already and can’t wait to return. I spent an amazing month here, and it became my peaceful home away from home. The sea view was lovely to wake up to, and the garden was beautifully kept. It’s such a hidden gem that I almost wanted to keep it to myself 😁. Camilo and the staff were wonderful, attentive, and happy to help with anything. I enjoyed our daily chats and felt like part of the family. The beds were comfortable kingsize, with lovely clean white linen. Highly recommended if you want a spotlessly clean place to stay.

The rooms match the pictures, and you can see the beach from them, with only a few beach front food shacks in between. Building laws don’t allow permanent structures on the beach, so Delta House is about as close as you can stay. Walk out, go down the stairs, and you’re on the sand. The location couldn’t be better, and I can’t think of a better place to stay at Calangute beach. Mr. Fernandez and his staff are kind. We enjoyed meeting him and chatting in the courtyard.

Shahid and Habib were always available and a great help with anything I needed. Fernandes, the owner, made sure I had what I needed and was happy to talk about Portuguese culture. I hope to come back. The guest house is a lovely option in North Goa. The garden is incredible and watered daily, with a beautiful ocean view. The beach and beach shacks are literally a two-minute walk away, and you can walk to the centre in 15 minutes. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Fernandes has decorated the place to feel like a little paradise. Maybe a kettle for coffee or tea would be useful, but it’s not a real issue, since you can go have it on the beach.
