I stayed at "hotel o calangute baga crossway formerly rustic village" from 27th Dec to 30th Dec, and the management was the worst I’ve seen at a hotel. They didn’t change the bedsheets or dust bins, the ceiling fan control didn’t work, and towels and toiletries were provided only on the first day. I asked repeatedly, but management never responded. The dust bin was just a plastic cover, and the towel had a big hole. There was an ashtray with ash and burnt cigarettes, and even after repeated requests they didn’t clean it. I’ve lost confidence in oyo network. A big no, not recommended to anyone. Worst, worst, worst.

The rooms are very small and bad, and there aren’t proper service people. The front desk looks good, but everyone else is super bad. One of the worst places to stay in GOA, not worth a single rupee.

They overcharged us for a very small room that was damp, and the washroom wasn’t clean. The owner is arrogant. The hotel is very bad and not worth the prices they offer. Don’t visit.

The bathroom locks were broken, and the bedsheets were old and felt unhygienic. The rooms are in terrible condition, and the photos on the booking apps are completely fake and don’t show what the property is really like. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
