Delta Residency Goa

The hotel has a good location and is fine for a stay, but check whether your room is on the ground or first floor since there’s no lift. I’d suggest looking at nearby food options.

I went to Goa solo for a fun, relaxing vacation and liked this hotel at first. That was a big mistake. The staff spoke nicely when I checked in, so I thought they were good, but once I got to the room their behavior changed. They spoke to me as if I were staying for free. Most of them had no manners when talking to guests. Only two or three staff members spoke properly to the manager, and the rest were absolutely bad. You’re paying to stay, so if they can’t talk to you decently, what’s the point? I’d tell everyone to choose another hotel and not this one. I wouldn’t go there again 😒.

I was extremely disappointed by how rude and unprofessional the staff were. They didn’t know how to speak politely to guests and showed no respect. Service was poor too, with no proper response when we asked for basic help. It felt like customer satisfaction wasn’t a priority. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel. Management needs to improve both staff behavior and service.

The in-house food deserves a special mention. There was a tasty variety, plenty to enjoy, and the pool was lovely and welcoming. The ambience is beautiful and suited families and couples. We had a great stay at Delta Residency Calengute, with very good service from polite, prompt staff. Many thanks to all the staff, the manager, and the front desk managers. I’d recommend it to friends and family.
