OYO 17206 Maanne Hospitality Services

I asked specifically for a quiet room on the top floor, but was put near the staff room instead. Their constant noise and commotion ruined the peace I’d requested. The property is in a completely residential area, and getting a cab or rickshaw there was almost impossible. It took me nearly two hours to arrange transport. I wouldn’t book here again.

I arrived in Hyderabad as a newcomer and found the property far inside the area. It took the local Ola cab a long time to reach it, even after speaking with an employee at Manne Hospitality. I had to ask for a towel, water, a tumbler, and the geyser. The two employees didn’t seem experienced and didn’t know I’d booked accommodation with breakfast. There’s no kitchen, and they couldn’t even offer tea. Someone had to be called on a mobile phone to bring breakfast; afterward, when I asked for tea, they acted surprised and asked why I hadn’t requested it. I wouldn’t book with MANNE HOSPITALITY again. I love OYO, but this was a very bad experience. OYO should replace the current staff and arrange at least a small kitchen to make tea. I expect OYO to respond to this review.

It’s in a peaceful spot just off the main road, on the back-side street of jubblie hills school. Autos and cabs can reach the building easily. The hospitality was satisfactory, and it really felt like being in my own house. I’d recommend it.

The washroom stank, and the sofas were completely torn. Staff were dirty and ill-mannered, with no service and not even drinking water. They don’t change the sheets or pillow covers after guests leave.
