There was no water in the washroom, including the flush and jet, because they said the tank was empty. I also had to keep going to reception for every little thing. The receptionist would hear the problem, then forget about it until I came back. They even refused to give me the water bottle listed in my booking. There was no towel, handwash, toiletries, or TV remote either. The staff weren’t good. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Bed bugs had taken over the room, it was disgusting and unhygienic. I spent the whole night scratching and suffering without a minute of sleep. When I complained, the staff were careless and offered no real help or solution. The management was totally unprofessional and irresponsible. Filthy, unsafe, and a complete waste of money. Staying there felt like torture. Avoid at all costs.

The room and toilet both smelled bad, and the room wasn’t clean or properly maintained. Hospitality was poor too. Public toilets are better than this hotel. I wouldn’t recommend it for families.

The service is the main problem. The workers don’t seem to care about what you ask for. The lift got stuck, and it took a full 30 minutes for anyone to come sort it out. There was no cleanliness and no hot water, or even water in the restroom. Given the price and location, don’t even consider this place.
