Hotel TAAR TANGERINE

I ate lunch with my family at Rajabhojnam on 21st Dec ‘25 and accidentally paid the bill twice. I've followed up with the management and staff, but they still haven't returned the extra payment. Sudhakar Reddy, the restaurant's owner, isn't answering my calls. Their customer service is pathetic, and I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel or having lunch at Rajabhojnam.

A convenient spot for a short work trip, and the service was prompt. But the corridors smelled bad, and the rooms weren't very clean. The bathrooms need repairs, including the showers, and pest control is definitely needed. The towels should be fresh, without oil stains or a bad smell. Staff hygiene also needs attention.

Breakfast had a delicious spread with plenty of options, and the location made it easy to get around near the key attractions. The staff were warm and helpful from the moment I arrived. My room was spacious, clean, and had what I needed for a comfortable stay, with great amenities. I also appreciated the attention to detail and the high service standard throughout. I had a wonderful stay and would gladly return or recommend this hotel to visitors.

The bedsheets and pillows smelled bad, and there was dust on the window. The refrigerator was dirty too. Hygiene and regular cleaning need urgent attention to make a stay here comfortable.
