I spent 25 days here and had a good experience overall, though the ACs were noisy. The room service was okay, and they can bring food parcels from nearby restaurants if you ask. Just remember room service closes after 11 PM. There are no bottled water supplies, only jugs filled with RO water. Free Wi-Fi was fast enough, with a separate network on each floor. It's in Ameerpet's main market, so getting around is easy. I was here on a company work trip, and my company was supposed to pay the bill. It went unpaid for 16 days, and some dues were still outstanding after I checked out, but the hotel cooperated, was patient, and agreed to let the company pay later. Hope that helps, the choice is yours.

The location is nice, but the staff were very rude. The manager struck me as one of the dumbest people I've ever met. Breakfast was the worst, with only idli every day, and room service was worse than at the other hotels I've stayed in. I even saw a bed bug, which was jaw-dropping.

The location is nice, and the hotel is budget friendly. Breakfast was good, and cleanliness was fine. We booked five AC rooms, but every one had some kind of AC issue, though the staff got them sorted out. Hot water was properly heated in only two rooms. The rest had lukewarm water, and service was very slow.

A budget-friendly place that works well for families. Cleanliness, room size, and staff behavior all get 5 out of 5 from me. Breakfast is included, but there isn't food available at the hotel, so you'll need to order from outside. Kakatiya mess is just across the road if you want to eat there.
