After a long, tiring journey, I got there at 3:30 AM and found out they’d given my confirmed booking to someone else. The staff just told me to complain to MakeMyTrip, and customer care didn’t respond when I contacted them. With no alternatives at that hour, I had to take a replacement room that was completely unacceptable. The AC didn’t work, it was poorly maintained, and the housekeeping was shocking. The blanket and sheets looked like they hadn’t been washed in ages. A confirmed booking seems to mean nothing here. This was a failure of basic hospitality and accountability, and I strongly advise others to avoid it unless they’re prepared for negligence, unhygienic conditions, and no support when something goes wrong.

I booked online and was told the early-arrival charge was 400, with room rent of 1150. Once I reached the hotel, they charged the full rent for the early days. With no other option, we booked and paid 2300 in advance, but they gave no receipt. We extended by a day, and they asked for 1250, another 100 extra. We accepted and paid that in advance too, again without a receipt. At checkout they wouldn’t give us a bill, saying the owner wasn’t available. Only after many follow-ups over two days did they send it on WhatsApp. A very bad experience with the hotel and staff. Think again before booking.

Online bookings don’t seem to be appreciated here, and there’s no protected parking. It also doesn’t feel like a friendly environment for ladies, with people boozing in the lobby and being entertained there. Imagine what else they allow.
