For the price, this is a comfortable budget stay. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and housekeeping kept things in good order. Reception was polite and helpful, check-in and checkout were smooth, and room service was quick and cooperative. The lift feels old and runs slowly, which can be a nuisance when it's busy. There's no gym either, so anyone wanting fitness facilities may be disappointed. It's not a premium hotel, but the service is nice.
Good location and reasonable prices. The hotel was quiet and neat, with spotless rooms, a good breakfast, and high tea. The food and dining were great, and housekeeping and front office were especially nice. Room service was excellent, and the front desk team were supportive and helpful. I had a great stay with my family, with a clean room and amazing hospitality. Highly recommended.
The breakfast buffet had stale food, and the rooms weren't clean. During a longer stay, they won't clean the room the next day unless you call and specifically ask for it. Worst hotel and service. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
I chose this place because it offered 24-hour check-in instead of a 12-hour window. After an exhausting day's work, I arrived to find there was no hot water. They said it was only available at set times. That left me even more tired and frustrated.
The staff were polite and really supportive. We had a great stay here with the family, and the location is prime.
