Everything's within walking distance, and it's right in the heart of the city, though the spot itself is quiet and only a two-minute walk from the beach. The room was just okay, not very comfortable, but that worked since we only came back at night to sleep. The menu is limited. The rest of the food was decent, but the TEA was really bad.

I stayed for 40 days and truly enjoyed it. The rooms have all been newly renovated and look fresh. It's just 100 meters from Calangute beach, the staff are very polite, and Owner Fraddie is friendly. The value for money is well maintained.

A handy spot for sightseeing, shopping, or getting something to eat, since the hotel is close to both the beach and the market. I had a great stay here. It's a comfortable budget option if you don't want to spend too much.

The hosts were warm and ready to help whenever we ran into trouble. The place feels homely, and its location is the best part: quiet enough to feel peaceful, but close enough to reach the sea at Calingute after about a four-minute walk. I'd recommend it to anyone staying in North Goa on a very low budget.
