The swimming pool came with a lot of restrictions, and since this is a residential complex, the hours were quite short, from 10AM to 5PM. We also had power cuts every day at odd times, usually close to two hours, and one day the outage lasted over four hours. Lights in most rooms weren't working either, and we had to keep asking before they were fixed. We booked a 3BHK for a trip to Goa with my wife and friends last week, and the place was a mess. There was dust, cobwebs, and rubbish in the rooms. The washrooms were just as dirty, with no toiletries, only a bucket and mug. Kitchen utensils and cutlery were dusty and poorly kept. Mice and ants were running around in two of the three rooms. We barely spent time there except to sleep. At this price, there are much better places around. I'd never recommend it, so book at your own risk.
