Grandeur De Sanchi

The food was a real highlight, delicious and well prepared, and the staff were quick to help, polite, and welcoming. The management kept things running smoothly, too. The hotel's location made the stay especially enjoyable, just a short walk from the beach, so we could head to the sea during the day. I stayed at Grandeur De Sanchi Hotel from 31 Dec to 03 Jan 2026, and it was a perfect experience from start to finish. For service, food, hospitality, location, and management, I'd give it 10/10 across the board. It offers great value for money. I'd happily stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing place close to the beach.

The air conditioning failed in two of our rooms, and the problem wasn't sorted out promptly. We ended up having to switch rooms in the middle of the night, around 2-3 AM, which was miserable after a long journey. Before that, we had waited almost 2.5 hours just to get our rooms. Things were no better the following day. When we raised our concerns, some staff members were rude and behaved badly toward us instead of dealing with them professionally. The staff showed little courtesy, professionalism, or hospitality. The poor service and lack of response made the stay extremely unpleasant. One of the worst hotel experiences I've had in Goa, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay.

We paid a huge amount for these awful rooms, and when we called the manager about the problems, he said he couldn't come. We had to go downstairs to speak with him ourselves. The service was pathetic, and they don't seem to know basic hospitality. Nothing worked properly. The AC was broken, and all the electrical points were in terrible condition. I've never had a hotel experience this bad in my life. If you're reading this, don't consider staying here, even for free, let alone paying for it.

We were a group of 50+ people, and everyone was running into the same poor service and complaining. I called reception 4 times, but we still couldn't get even basic amenities like drinking water bottles. I stayed at Grandeur De Sanchi for 4 days. The place was extremely unhygienic and poorly maintained, and the food was terrible, below basic standards. We had a conference on the 3rd floor, where the washrooms were so dirty it was hard to even go in. The AC wasn't working, which made it worse. The staff were careless and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
