Henry’s place in Calangute is right in the main area, just a short walk from the beach. Everything was clean and fresh, and for an affordable rate during the busy Christmas season, the quality was better than I expected. We had an AC issue, but the hosts arranged a temporary fix straight away, even though it was Christmas Day, which they celebrate. They had it properly repaired the next morning without delay. The hosts were kind and welcoming, and we had an amazing stay. A clean, friendly place in a handy location in Goa.

For the price, the three bed room was the best choice we could have made. I stayed with two friends for one night, and the owner came to explain how everything in the room worked. The room and property were very neat and clean. When we had an AC problem, she moved us to another room right away. Calangute beach is within walking distance. The liquor shops next door belong to the property, so booze is easy to get, and there's a cozy restaurant across from them with good food. If you're after a budget friendly stay near the beach, this is a great place.

We stayed here for our college reunion and really liked it. The rooms were neat and clean, the prices were reasonable, and the beach was just a one-minute walk away. It’s a nice place for kids too.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I want to share what happened during our stay. The property was clean and well kept, which I appreciated. The owner’s conduct, though, made us uncomfortable. They came into our room without permission, and there was a lot of monitoring, instructions, and inspections that felt unnecessary. It left us feeling unwelcome. The place itself has good points, but the owner needs to show more respect for guests’ privacy and comfort.
