Tangerine Boutique Resort

The breakfast was the best part for me. There were plenty of veg and nonveg options, and the food was delicious. Tangerine Boutique Resort is in the heart of Calangute, close to well-known beaches, food stalls, and the market area. The property has a lovely green setting and a vibe I really liked. We stayed five days. Housekeeping cleaned our room each day before we got back, and the room service was super. The staff were helpful and polite. There was a light problem in our room at first, but it was fixed the next day. One suggestion: they use RO water instead of providing new packed water bottles. If guests are paying so much for their stay, I think they deserve fresh bottles. Otherwise, it’s a very nice property, and I highly recommend it.

The pool was beautiful and well maintained, just right for a peaceful evening. The ambience was relaxing, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff stayed polite and helpful throughout my stay. I had a wonderful time at this hotel in Goa and highly recommend it.

The hotel looks good, but the room was really bad. They knew the AC wasn't working, and the other AC kept stopping and starting. I complained several times, including about the bathroom, but nothing was fixed and they seemed not to care. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

We had insects in the room, and the pool was unhygienic. The rooms were pathetic and clearly weren't being maintained, even though the resort seems to be earning money. I booked a twin room but was upgraded to a suite that was pathetically unclean, with a broken bathtub. The whole holiday was spoiled. The staff's attitude was as if they were doing us a favor by letting us stay, and their rules were out of this world. The woman at reception seemed to live in her own fantasy world. Speak with her and you'll meet a different species altogether. There are so many trees growing here that the resort should be called Jungle Resort.
